Boat Slip Leases

Lighthouse Marina offers boat slip leases in our cozy, protected cove conveniently located in the Little Mineral Arm close to the dam and some of the best Striper fishing on Lake Texoma.

We have wet slips ranging from 20' to 50', most with electricity and water. All slips are covered, some are fully enclosed boat houses and we have endties available for larger vessels or sailboats.

The safety of your watercraft is important. We want you to feel comfortable knowing that we're committed to protecting the marina. A breakwater was recently built around the marina to further protect our boathouses and keep your boat safe from large waves and storms.

By keeping your boat in one of our slips, you'll become a part of the active lake life and boathouse community here at the Lighthouse Marina.

Boat Launch

Lighthouse Marina has two boat ramps for launching your boat.

North Ramp is the main launch ramp and can accommodate most boats up to 40'.

South Ramp is shallow and ideal for PWC launching only.

Launch Fees are $5.00 per day per vessel and can be paid at the office or at the honesty box located at the North Ramp.

Annual Passes are available for $70. Please see the Marina Office to purchase an annual pass.

Boathouse Guidelines

  • Please keep your boat slip clean and maintained.
  • Keep slips free and clear of tripping and other safety hazards.
  • No Glass Bottles of any kind in boathouses.
  • You are responsible for securing your vessel to the boat slip.
  • Fish cleaning is allowed in designated areas only.
  • No docking in vacant or unoccupied slips. 
  • Place all trash in the receptacles provided.
  • No running, jumping or diving from docks. No swimming in Marina traffic areas.
  • Children 13 and under should wear Coast Guard approved life jackets when on boathouses.
  • Lighthouse Marina assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage.
